Payment Terms
You can pay for your Home Information Packs (HIPs) by credit/debit card.
The payment will be debited on ordering the HIP, or you can pay later (Deferred Payment Scheme).
We accept all credit/debit cards for payment except American Express:
EPCs and HCRs
You can pay for your Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Home Condition Reports HCRs by cash or cheque.
New homes built under regulation 17c of the Building Regulations 2006 require individual quotes.
